For some reason however, when it comes to dieting and losing those unwanted pounds, success has eluded you. One of our goals here at Scale The Limit is to kick that mentality to the curb! Yes, we believe in hard work, but not at the sacrifice of our mental and physical health. Our food program, combined with mindful exercises will help you make self-care a high priority, eliminate toxic thoughts and triggers that may cause a subconscious dependence on food, and build a healthier, stronger YOU, mentally and physically.

Karen Que

A gracious heart, kind soul, and desire to help others succeed are just some of the many ways to describe Karen Que. Born and raised in a small, working-class suburb of Philadelphia, she developed a knack for entrepreneurship at the young age of 6, when she began selling golf balls on her neighborhood golf course. That same fire and determination she had at 6-years-old never left her, and today, it's burning brighter than ever.


As the CEO of Q Infusion, and Scale The Limit, this businesswoman, lifelong entrepreneur, wife, and mother knows first hand the importance of living a balanced, full life, which is why she broke away from the late-night and early day demands of corporate America to create a successful work/life balance on her own terms. She now uses her 17-years of expertise in systems and processes to help other high-achieving women realize that they, too, can live a life of significance that doesn't require them to sacrifice time, money, relationships, or themselves.


Though she has achieved many milestones and received multiple accolades in her lifetime, nothing is more important to Karen than her family and the relationships she's built along the way.
