No, we do not provide an exercise plan during the weight loss phase of the program. Of course, we don’t suggest a sedentary lifestyle, but intense exercising is not recommended. When your desired weight is achieved, we incorporate exercising to encourage toning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Absolutely not! Our program incorporates natural proteins like meat, fish, and eggs along with veggies, and fruit you can purchase on your own wherever you’d like. This is a plan for real life, not a 30 day gimmick.

This is totally doable! We’ve developed a plan to help you find the reasons behind your weight by identifying emotional triggers and foods that may be unhealthy for your specific body. We’ll give you a formula that you can use again and again to hit your goal weight and maintain it.
While we support those who choose a plant based diet, our plan relies on meat, fish, and eggs for protein. Meat is not a necessity, however if you are a strict vegan or not able to eat fish or eggs too then this plan is not going to serve you well.
